How long is each aquabike or Japanese sauna session? 

Each session is 30 minutes, available from Monday to Friday 08:00-22:00 Last Single Booking 21:00; Saturday 09:30-21:00 Last Single Booking 20:00; Sunday 09:30-20:00 Last Single Booking 19:00

What time should I arrive before my session start time?

We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your session start time to check in. It also helps to give yourself a few minutes to slow down and get into a relaxed frame of mind! For the first visit, we recommend arriving 20mins before the session for consultation and registration.

Are men allowed into the studio? 

No. Sorry! At this time Velocity is designed for women only.

What are your opening hours?

What should I wear to an aquabike or Japanese sauna session?

You are required to wear a bathing suit during an aquabike or Japanese sauna session. If you’ve forgotten to bring swimwear to your session we have a wide selection available for purchase at our studio boutique. We do not offer disposable or rental swimwear.

Do I need to bring my own towel?

No. Bath towels are provided at each session, kindly return the towel to the designated towel collection bin after your session. Thanks!

What is the minimum age for using an aquabike / Japanese sauna?

The minimum age to use a Velocity aquabike is 15 years old. A parent or guardian must be present during a session for children under the age of 18.

Can I bring a guest to an aquabike session?

Each aquabike is designed for a single user per session. However, if you’d like to bike with a friend, we offer connecting cabins that allow 2 users to bike side-by-side. When you make a booking online, be sure to tick the “I’d like to bring a friend” option, which will then allow you to book available connecting cabins. If you’re booking by phone or at the studio, just let our team know that you’d like to book a connecting cabin. Please note that when booking a connecting cabin, you will be charged 2 credits – one for each cabin.

Can I bring a guest to a Japanese sauna session?

While our Japanese saunas are designed for a single user per session, we do offer connecting cabins. When you make a booking online, be sure to tick the “I’d like to bring a friend” option, which will then allow you to book available connecting cabins. If you’re booking by phone or at the studio, just let our team know that you’d like to book a connecting cabin. Please note that when booking a connecting cabin, you will be charged 2 credits – one for each cabin.

Can my children wait for me in the lounge while I workout?

Unaccompanied children are not permitted anywhere in the studio. For safety reasons, children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times, including before, during, and after a session.

How much does an aquabike / Japanese sauna session cost?

We have packages to suit all kinds people. You can view information on all our packages here. If you have any questions about booking a session or using the online booking platform, please feel free to contact us here.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

Payment is taken when you purchase a package either online or at our studio. Our online platform and on-site system accepts most kinds of credit cards, and PAYPAL – if you have a question about payment methods, please contact us here or visit us at the studio.

Do packages have expiration dates?

Yes. Our packages have expiration dates that vary – you can view information on our packages here.

Am I obligated to sign a long term contract with Velocity when I join?

Not at all. Our packages are pay-as-you-go, and are designed to be as flexible as possible. If you would like to discuss a bulk purchase or would like to enquire about long term value packages, please contact us here or visit us at the studio.

Can I purchase a package as a gift?

If you would like to purchase a package as a gift, please enquire at the studio directly. You may contact us via info@velocitystudio.hk.

How do I update my personal details and / or account details?

You can update your details via our online platform by logging in here. You can also update all your personal details and preferences through our team at the studio.

Can I cancel or refund a package or product I've purchased?

Purchased packages and products are generally non-refundable. If you have a specific query about packages and refunds, please contact us here. You can also find out more about our terms and conditions here.

Can I cancel or delay a Booking. Or a "with a friend" booking?

Any booking can be cancel or delay until two hours prior to the booking, without any charge. Unfortunately no refund less then two hours before the session.
