- Deliver a high level of customer service
- Manage the front desk; handle customer appointment bookings, questions, complaints and requests.
- Support and assist in daily operations, perform ad-hoc duties.
- Help ensure customers’ experience is professional and seamless throughout their sessions
- Build and maintain good, long-term relationships with customers
- Promote our products and packages to match customers’ needs
- Indoor sales target to achieve from marketing Leads, and customer’s renewal.
- F. 5 or above
- Minimum 1 year experience preferably in spa / beauty / retail / fitness industries
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Highly self-motivated with an energetic, positive attitude
- Strong commitment to customer-satisfaction
- Willing to work on shift duty
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
- Basic computing skills
- Double Pay + Attractive Commissions on sales
- 5 days work - 45 working hours / week
